About the team

This position is Client funded, contractually mandated, in budget for onsite position at First Hawaiian Bank in Honolulu, Hawaii. Output Processing provides 24x7 coverage to support the printing and rendering of reports of our client First Hawaiian Bank.

What you will be doing

Print and deliver outgoing reports and other types of output. Maintain equipment and correct equipment malfunctions.

  • Manages development, implementation and coordination of internal and external communication strategies for Prints and delivers all outgoing reports.

  • Operates balancing machines and makes reconciling entries including reject repair and final balancing and documenting accordingly

  • Investigates error conditions in printers and other equipment malfunctions and determines and/or applies required corrective procedure or action.

  • Maintains physical inventory of paper and other required supplies in a designated storage area and maintains supply level necessary for daily production.

  • Sets up, prepares, operates and performs preventive maintenance tasks on printers and related devices.

  • What you bring:

  • Knowledge of banking/balancing

  • Knowledge of off-line and peripheral equipment operation and maintenance

  • Knowledge of procedures for using supplies and maintaining inventory

  • Skill using office equipment including large printers and sorters

  • Ability to follow oral and written technical instructions

  • Contract position through 2021.
