It's time to get on the road! We're searching for Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) Travel Nurses to fill immediate openings. These patients are at their highest risk for complications during the recovery stage (heart attack, bleeding) and a major focus is on pain control during the first hour in recovery. Patients typically stay in the recovery room for 1-4 hours until they are stable enough to be discharged home or to an inpatient unit.What are the benefits? The right Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) Travel Nurse will have a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and hold a current/active license as a registered nurse in the state of HI, in addition to current certifications in BLS and other unit specific certifications.
