Memory Care Community@ Kihei is seeking a genuinely caring, energetic, and strong customer-oriented Community Relations Director for a brand-new lease up community located in Kihei.. The CRDis responsible for coordinating all internal and external resident admissions; responsible also for sales and marketing activities, including but not limited to managing all sales efforts, leads, and conducting sufficient calls, outreach, tours and home visits required for sales conversions. Also included in the responsibilities is coordinating special events, gather appropriate documentation for move-ins, and communicating all appropriate matters relevant staff. Establishing and maintaining the census goals in collaboration with the sales team, but not limited to the home office team members and the Executive Director. Successful Community Relations CoordinatorApplicants MUST:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2 years minimum experience in similar memory care/assisted living community role; preferred experience opening a new community
  • Supervisory, managerial, problem solving and organization skills.
  • Be CPR and First-Aid certified at date of hire
  • Pass criminal background check, TB, and drug screen.
  • Current Driver's License preferred.
