Provides quality customer service to Private Banking clients while proactively assisting them with their financial needs through the delivery of banking services. Acts as a financial advisor dedicated to building long-term relationships while tailoring financial solutions to meet client goals and objectives through leveraging Wealth Management Group partners and other banking areas. Projects a professional image, appearance and competence as a representative of Private Banking.
Bachelors degree in business, accounting, finance and/or a related discipline and/or 7-10 years of experience in banking or finance related industry.
Must have basic to intermediate commercial and consumer lending skills with the ability to negotiate, structure, price, document and close transactions of small to moderate complexity with minimal guidance.
Must have basic to intermediate understanding of wealth management services, including insurance and investment products.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, with strong knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, RMS and Branch Automation.
Handles confidential matters judiciously.
Well organized and capable of multitasking.
Good time management skills and meets all required deadlines.
Must be willing to learn basic financial, retirement, and estate planning techniques and solutions.
